We have an exciting opportunity for Environmental Project Manager in our Nebraska Operations office to grow and learn as support through our growing work related to site characterization and remediation.  EA is national industry leader in area of investigation, mitigation, and remediation, of PFAS, munitions, and solvents, resulting in tremendous growth and expanding project backlog.  The position provides exceptional opportunity for personal and professional growth.

What you will do:

You will manage projects and complex tasks that focus on site characterization, working closely with multidisciplinary team members.  You will solve challenging environmental problems related to PFAS, subsurface contamination, munitions, contaminated sediment, and environmental compliance.  Specific task assignments will include:

  • Leading and managing teams for conducting complex field operations.
  • Completing data analysis.
  • Preparing technical documents and reports. 
  • Supporting pursuit of new opportunities including preparation of proposals, project scopes of work, and cost estimating.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor of Science in geology, engineering, environmental science, chemistry, or related field.
  • PG, PE, or relevant certifications preferred. 
  • 8+ years of related experience.
  • Experience with managing field teams conducting site characterization and remediation for PFAS, munitions, and chlorinated solvents.
  • PG preferred.
  • Critical thinking and technical writing skills, including the ability to convey information at an appropriate level of communication with varying level of project team members.
  • Must be flexible, adaptable, and eager to solve diverse environmental problems.
  • Strong personal desire for accelerated career growth related to project management.
