We are seeking a mid-level IT Business Analyst who will be responsible for managing, directing, creating and updating existing enterprise environmental information management systems, and file geodatabases based on external data sources such as permits, site plans, inspection forms, and/or excel.

 Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be responsible for client and task management as well as leading and supporting proposals.  
• Developing requirements and configuration documentation for web application and data management systems.

Requirements:  Must be self-motivated, comfortable working with peers, clients, and independently.

• Bachelors of Art/Bachelors of Science in Environmental Science or Geography with focus in Geographic Information Systems.
• Master Degree preferred but not required.
• 10+ years of experience.
• Experience with information management applications, environmental management systems, database management systems, and geospatial tools and systems.
• Exceptional  written and verbal communication skills a must.
