We are seeking an experienced Project Manager III professional who will be responsible for proposal development and project management of munitions response and other environmental services projects including cost reimbursable, fixed price and performance-based projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Proposal development and potentially lead a task order proposal.
  • Project types may be Remedial Investigations/Feasibility Studies, Remedial Designs, Remedial Actions and RCRA corrective actions.
  • The ideal candidate must be eager to assist with the growth of EA’s munitions response service line, including business development, professional representation of EA, and staff development.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Engineering, Geology, or Science or related discipline.
  • Ten to fifteen years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years managing MMRP projects with incidental environmental experience with HTRW, ERS or other MEC related projects preferred.
  • Ability to manage hazardous waste and munitions response investigations through remediation including field scheduling, subcontractor management, data evaluation and staff oversight.
  • Previous experience with multiple clients and contract types are desirable.
  • Must be able to be a part of a technical team to complete challenging environmental projects.
  • An OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certificate is required.
  • Strong project management and technical capabilities in all aspects of hazardous waste and munitions response sites.
