We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Environmental Geologist in our Lewisville, TX office.
What you will do:
The Senior Environmental Geologist will serve as a technical resource for projects focused primarily on on-site characterization remediation.
Specific duties include:
- Project management.
- Project analysis and design.
- Preparation of reports and bid documents.
- Client interaction.
- Construction oversight.
- Business development.
- Mentoring early career professionals.
Note: This position is hybrid remote with two to three days in the Lewisville office.

What you will need:
- B.S. degree (M.S degree preferred) in geology, hydrogeology, environmental science or related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in technical project work and project management.
- Current P.G. license.
- Experience with DOD projects and/or large federal projects strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, technical writing, and proposal development.
- Experience managing performance-based projects and environmental projects with a construction component preferred.
- Exceptional client management and business development skills.
- Candidate must be able to work as a team member across technical disciplines, and must be able to adhere to schedules, scopes, and budgets, as well as EA’s project management and quality standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including coordination with federal/state/local agencies on regulatory requirements.
Anticipated salary range of $95,000 to $140,000 per year.
