About the role:
As a leader in EA’s rapidly growing Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) consulting practice, you’ll work with an experienced multidisciplinary team to conceive, develop, and implement occupational health and safety programs and management systems for a broad range of clients. You’ll have a critical role in driving growth of the practice, collaborating with your fellow employee-owners to expand existing client relationships and develop new ones. You’ll have the satisfaction of leading client opportunities from proposal through project execution and beyond. You’ll take pride in applying your consulting experience and technical knowledge to mentor some of the best and brightest developing EHSS professionals, helping them grow as consultants, and will continue your own professional growth in the company of world-class colleagues of all experience levels. To thrive in this role, you:
The ideal candidate will have a B.S. degree in occupational health, environmental science, policy, engineering, or a related discipline and more than 10 years of experience leading multidisciplinary efforts is required. Certified Industrial Hygienist and/or Certified Safety Professional preferred.
