We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in our Seattle, WA office. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide general office administrative support including directing in-coming calls, filing and procurement.
  • Assist with project administration that includes document production on MS Word and Excel.
  • Provide editorial and formatting support for proposals, project reports, deliverables, and other marketing materials and correspondence.
  • Assist with writing and editing reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet client quality and schedule goals.
  • Support with marketing and business development proposals including graphic support.

Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years of experience providing administrative assistant duties.
  • Experience providing support in the consulting industry and/or producing technical documents strongly desired.
  • Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience editing and preparing business or technical documentation preferred.
  • Experience with accounting software a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat (reader and writer).
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and adhere to budgets.
  • Attentive to detail, quality-focused, flexible, and deadline-oriented.
