We have an exciting opportunity for an entry level Human Resources Generalist to work in our Hunt Valley, MD office. This position will have a range of responsibilities to include benefits administration, talent acquisition, and onboarding. 


  • Assisting with administering various employee benefits.
  • Conducting new employee orientations.
  • Reviewing and evaluating applications for minimum qualifications in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinating interviews between applicants and hiring managers.
  • Checking references for hiring managers.
  • Maintaining employee credential database. 


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • One to two years of experience in Human Resources preferably in benefits or talent acquisition.
  • Training experience a plus.
  • Experience with applicant tracking system preferred.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, database software experience strongly desired.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize as well as attention to detail and strong communication skills are required.
  • Must be a team player and be able to build strong and lasting relationships.
