Role Description:

EA has an opportunity for an Environmental Technician in our Lincoln NE office to support our growing work related to environmental investigation and remediation projects for Federal, state, and commercial clients. 

Candidate will be responsible for environmental sampling, operation of remediation systems, and computer aided drafting and design (CADD) for environmental design projects. The position will include a combination of field work and office-based task work. The position will require daily interaction with a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and technical specialists during work performance.

Education and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Post high school education (Associates Degree, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, etc.) preferred.
  • OSHA HAZWOPER and First Aid/CPR certification is preferred.
  • Direct experience with CADD and field data collection is preferred.
  • Ability to work with a team in both office and field setting.
  • Ability to learn quickly and dedication to quality.
