We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Recruiter to join our Hunt Valley, MD office. 

 What you will do: You will provide full cycle recruiting, including drafting position postings, sourcing positions, evaluating resumes, checking references, sending offer letters, and onboarding.  You will partner with hiring managers to ensure the highest quality support for recruitment needs while promoting and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion.    Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing proactive recruiting strategies to facilitate interest in EA positions. 
  • Attending college career fairs and overseeing various EA recruitment programs.
  • Managing applicant tracking system for external and internal use.
  • Partnering with outside recruitment agencies to fill open positions.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • 4 or more years of applicable experience
  • Experience leveraging technology and online search platforms to proactively identify and generate ongoing and diverse candidate pipelining a must.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other applicant search platforms.
  • Government contracting industry experience working with SCA employees preferred.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to work/lead under pressure, and have excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Salary range is $70,000 - $100,000 commensuarate with experience and qualifications.
