Entry-level Environmental Engineer- Lewisville, Texas (23040)

We have an exciting opportunity for entry-level Environmental Engineer to grow and learn as support to a wide range of multidisciplinary projects that include soil, sediment, and groundwater remedial investigations and feasibility studies (RIFS), site characterizations, remedial design (RD) and remedial action (RA) support under both State and Federal Programs.  This position will be based out of our Lewisville, TX office, which is in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area. The position will require travel up to 80- 100% to project sites for the first two – four years.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the performance of field activities including sampling, operations and maintenance of remedial systems, and subcontractor oversight during remedial actions.
  • Prepare field documentation, RI reports, FS reports.
  • Work with and support senior engineers with RD and prepare design reports for remediation of soil, groundwater, surface water, sediment, and indoor air.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Environmental, Civil or Chemical Engineering.
  • 0-3 years of experience
  • EIT preferred.
  • Critical thinking and technical writing skills, including the ability to convey information at an appropriate level of communication with varying levels of project staff.
  • Experience using Microsoft office applications.
  • Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to learn quickly.
