We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Environmental Engineer in our Sacramento, California office. 

 What you will do: The selected candidate will provide project management, engineering analysis and design, preparation of reports and bid documents, client interaction, construction oversight, and business development. Your work will include preparation of remedial investigations and remedial design, feasibility studies, as well as collaboration with EA’s multi-disciplined scientists, engineers, and technical specialists nationwide.

 What you will need: 

• B.S. degree (M.S degree preferred) in civil engineering, environmental engineering, geology, or related field
• Current State of California P.E. license.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, engineering design, technical writing, and proposal development.
• Experience with the EPA or DOD clients strongly preferred.
• Experience with soil excavation projects.
• Exceptional client management and business development skills.
• Candidate must be able to work as a team member across technical disciplines, and must be able to adhere to schedules, scopes, and budgets, as well as EA’s project management and quality standards.
• Ability as needed to work in both a field and office setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including coordination with federal/state/local agencies on regulatory requirements.

Anticipated salary range of $130000 to $155,000 per year commensurate with education and experience.
