Mid-level Geologist/Scientist/Engineer - Hunt Valley (22246)

We are currently seeking a self-motivated mid-level Geologist/Scientist for our Hunt Valley, MD office to work in the site characterization and remediation/munitions response group.  Salary is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities include assisting in the proposal, planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases of a wide range of multidisciplinary environmental projects, with a focus on CERCLA/RCRA and munitions response investigation and remediation projects at nationwide sites. Knowledge of site investigation methods and military munitions response is a plus.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in geological/environmental sciences.
  • 3+ years of relevant environmental consulting experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Willingness to travel out of state for project tasks including field sampling events as required.
  • Current OSHA HAZWOPER and First Aid/CPR certifications a plus.
