Application Support Analyst - Remote (22089)

We have an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Analyst who will be first line of assistance for employees regarding questions or issues for internal and third-party application.  This role will be a remote position.

What you will be doing…

  • Providing guidance, coordination, and support of business processes that use one or many applications or application services including our mobile field form program.
  • Acting as operational technical expert for identified applications, sharing knowledge as appropriate through intranet documentation and training sessions.
  • Liaising with other IT teams in support of applications maintenance and development activities.
  • Supporting improvement initiatives involving business applications.
  • Supporting other application team members as appropriate for the implementation of application related activities.
  • Carrying out other tasks as agreed with the Director, Business Systems.

What we are looking for…

  • Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related area.
  • 2 – 5 years relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent communication, customer service and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task.
  • Experience of working with a variety of software platforms and applications including Office 365, Microsoft SQL Server, and Adobe.
  • Ability to run at minimum simple SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of Unanet GovCon ERP or Unanet CRM (previously Cosential) – preferred.
  • Knowledge of Go Canvas or EQuIS Collect – preferred.
