We have an excellent opportunity in our Anchorage, AK office for an entry-level Engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with EA project managers and clients to determine how to meet project goals
  • Manage and perform engineering design tasks
  • Perform engineering calculations and evaluations; prepare reports
  • Perform feasibility studies and develop engineering plans and specifications
  • Support work in the field with some remote field work requiring up to 3-4 weeks in field camps
  • Must be comfortable with traveling in a small, single engine aircraft, by boat, or even by barge as needed to perform in this role successfully.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science from an accredited University or College with Environmental or Civil Engineering discipline. Master of Science or Engineering preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relatable experience
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) required
  • AutoCAD or similar CAD platform training and experience. GPS Surveying or training is preferred
