We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Manager II in our St. Louis, MO office. 

Responsibilities

  • Run complex, multi-faceted environmental construction projects
  • Should have demonstrated experience in managing construction-related subcontractors, tracking project budgets, schedules and costs
  • Ensures all health and safety requirements are met
  • Writing daily reports
  • Overseeing requests for information (RFIs), change orders, scope changes, and other construction related activities
  • Candidate will communicate with EA Management, and other stakeholders
  • Plans and directs all work
  • Ensures required level of quality is met or exceeded
  • Schedules and confirms material deliveries from suppliers
  • Coordinates environmental sampling efforts
  • Interacts with landowners as necessary
  • Maintains onsite red-line drawings

Qualifications

  • High school graduate plus a minimum of 10+ years experience with progressively increasing responsibility. BS
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field is a plus but not required.
